5 of my favorite things
So I am always looking for good or healthy products and I just wanted to share a few that I have found.
1. Burts Bees shampoo. This shampoo is wonderful. It leaves my hair so clean and ready for a good condition. It boasts: Gentle natural cleansers made from coconut and sunflower oils effectively cleanse your hair while raspberry extract, rich in Omega-3 and essential fatty acids, combines with Brazil nut oil to deeply moisturize your hair, making it beautiful, soft and shiny. I love it!
2. Fiber One Bars - Okay so who wants to talk about fiber??? These fiber bars are the most delicious, nutritious snack bars I have ever tasted. They are perfect for snacking and a great substitute for a candy bar any time you get a sweets craving. One little bar packs 9 grams of fiber! Did I mention they are delicious AND they are approved by Bob Greene's bestlife diet.
3. Blueberries. These little things are a great source of antioxidants and have many great health benefits. If you have time, research all the benefits of this tiny fruit. They are great alone ( I prefer organic) or great mixed in with yogurt and of course you can use them for muffins and yummy pancakes!
4. Lavender-Vanilla - This scent just might be the most heavenly scent I have ever smelled. Lucky for me they have pretty much infused this scent into all kinds of products. Currently I use the lotion from the bath and bodyworks aromatherapy line and I also have the home fragrance oil. I don't want to leave my house when I have this scent going. If you have not tried the lotion and bath gel....let me tell you, you're missing out. This scent is everywhere....go smell it!
5. I started reading this book ...The Power of a Womans words by SharonJaynes and have started to learn that there is so much power in the words we speak. Here is a brief description I found on this book

Fiber One bars are great. Patrick takes one to work everyday. I'm going to try the Lavender-Vanilla!

I am obsessed with those bars. Have you tried the new fiber one yogurt? One little container has 5 grams of fiber. I am so obsessed with fiber after Oprah talked about it w/Dr. Oz!
